Process:

Communication can be done through the Artists E-mail or through Direct Messages on any of the Artists socials. Once the Client sent over any references and paid the Artist via Bank Transfer or PayPal, the Artist will work on the commissioned illustration, of which the Artist will give the Client updates throughout. At this stage the Artist can make alterations until the Client is sattisfied with the design. Once the illustration is done, the Artist will go on to send the Client the full illustration in its original resolution as a .png, the original .clip and as a .psd. There will be an opportunity for amendments and revisions in color and small details once the illustration is complete. The Artist will charge extra for higher detail work. This can be negotiated upfront. Depending on the workload the Artist currently has, the complexity of the piece and the Client’s communication, it will take the Artist up to 6 weeks. Larger additional revisions after the illustration is finished will be 50% of the overall commission price.

To start the commission process, I will need:

  • An assessment of your budget
  • Information of what the illustrations are for and the scope of the project
  • A thorough description of the subject you want illustrated
  • At least 3 image references

Key Points :

  • Once you've sent over any references and payment, I'll go on to work on the commission, of which I will give you updates throughout. At this stage I can make alterations until you are happy with how its going. Conditions:

  • The Artist will draw Fantasy/Furry/Mecha, tasteful nudity, light gore and most things that relate to these subjects.
  • The Artist will not draw Pornographic content, or otherwise offensive and hateful things.
  • The Artist will draw in their style, which may differ from previous work found in the Artists Portfolio and Socials. The Artist does not do style imitation.
  • The Artist reserve the right to refuse any commission they are uncomfortable with, even if it is not listed in the Conditions.


Commissions through Ko-Fi follow a different process.


Terms of Service

  • 1. All payment relating to work done on the illustration or licenses, is to be made upfront. Negotiated Royalties are to be paid at the stated time (see 2.1)
  • 1.1 No Refunds
  • 2. All the Artists artworks falls automatically under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Deed Licens. See: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/. A Commercial Use Fee may allow the Client to use the commissioned artwork for any product specified in 2.1, otherwise the Client is prohibited from creating any merchandise, or similar, with the Artists illustration. Any grant of right is conditional upon receipt of full payment. Any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to the Artist. Usage beyond that granted to the Client herein shall require payment of an additional fee in the amount of the Artists Commercial Use Fee for such usage, subject to all terms. Upon receipt of full payment, the Artist shall deliver digital files necessary to enable the Client’s usage rights granted herein. The Artist retains the rights to display all work created by the Artist for this Project, including preliminary designs and final Deliverables, in the Artists portfolios, including in print and online, and to submit such work to design periodicals and competitions.
  • 2.1 Commercial Use Fees or Royalties will be negotiaed directly with the Client and stated in the final invoice
  • 3. You are not allowed to use the Artists work for the use and training of LLMs or other machine learning models that might be used to generate images, to sell as NFTs, or any other blockchain or machine learning related projects or products.
  • 4. The Artist keeps the copyright to the work after German copyright law (Gesetz über Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrechte (Urheberrechtsgesetz)), and by commissioning the Artist, you recognize that.
  • 5. The artist am not liable for sales tax according to paragraph 19, section 1 of the german Sales Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz). I do not charge VAT.
  • 6. Upon payment of the initial negotiated fee listed in the Itemization you reccognize the Terms and Conditions listed in this document, which apply from that point onward and will work with the Artist as described in Process
